Since 2001, Rob has been working in the Life, Disability, and Voluntary Benefits industry. Rob focuses on Broker relationships, enrollment/ technology services and new account development. Rob is also responsible for managing a team of account representative within the agency. Outside of work, Rob enjoys golf, baseball and spending time with his family.

Michelle shows brokers and employers ways to enhance their current benefits package to attract and retain quality talent. Most importantly, she and her team help them provide another layer of financial protection for employees and their families when they need it the most. She is proud to have a team that works hard, exceeds goals and takes pride in the Benefits Education experience for each employee they meet. When she's not at the office, Michelle loves family game night, interior decorating, the theater, reading, scrapbooking, movies and spending time outdoors.

Her favorite things to do outside of the office are escaping to her family cabin, spending time with family and watching her kids’ sporting events.

Jill Lambert began her career in the benefits industry as a benefits counselor. Those first two years as a benefits counselor were an ideal foundation for her to work her way up to a Coordinator with The Grove Agency. Attention to detail, ethics, and strong knowledge of benefits are symbols of her dedication. Born and raised in Blaine, Jill still resides there with her husband Mark, and 3 grown children. In her spare time, Jill loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Carrie says the most important part of her job is helping her clients and their agents get their groups set up for success. When she's not at the office, you'll find her hanging out with friends and family, traveling or reading a good book.

He enjoys challenging the team personally and professionally while they build long-term careers and meet their goals year after year. Aside from work, Andrew loves planning and enjoying the next family adventure with his wife and three kids. One of his favorite pastimes is getting beat in athletics by his wife or friends while trash-talking like Charles Barkley the whole time.

Karen provides professional and personal assistance with benefits enrollment via telephone for employees who cannot meet face-to-face with a Benefits Counselor. Given her tenure in this role, Karen has developed the ability to connect with employees during the short time they have on the phone.

Sue is a problem solver by nature. She helps employers identify benefit issues that they face and find creative solutions. She enjoys establishing long-term relationships with broker and employer partners. Outside of the office, her family comes first. She is an avid enthusiast of classical choral music and enjoys knitting Norwegian mittens.

The vast majority of people don’t fully grasp the complexities of their benefits package. Zack takes great pride in helping employees navigate and understand the benefits that are available to them and showing them ways to protect themselves and their families financially. Aside from Benefits Counseling, Zack loves the outdoors and all that comes with it, spending time with his family, going on adventures and making memories.

She values her working relationships with Brokers, clients and employees. On the personal side, she enjoys spending time with her spouse, 3 kids and 3 grandbabies. She enjoys playing bells in her church handbell choir, quilting, landscaping and reading.

Scott has three decades of experience guiding employers and employees on their insurance, retirement, and personal financial plans. He regularly instructs licensed insurance agents in Minnesota in continuing education coursework towards licensure renewals. He is a flight instructor in the Civil Air Patrol mentoring teens on leadership and teaching aviation safety to pilots and is active in local politics in Eagan and Dakota County.

Wendy uses a practical and relatable approach to benefits counseling, understanding that every person is unique and every question is important. She loves helping employees get a grasp for how the benefits available to them can truly fit their needs, and also protect them financially. Wendy is bilingual in English and Spanish. When she’s not enrolling benefits over the phone, she’s probably traveling with her family, at the lake relaxing in her hammock, or chasing after her two chihuahua puppy daughters.

As a Spanish and English Benefit Counselor, Monica has a passion for walking alongside employees as she provides a clear understanding of what their benefits choices are. For the past 8 years, she has enjoyed empowering people with the information they need to understand their benefits. In this way, they are equipped to make the best choices for themselves and their families. Benefits are not a one size fits all. We listen and learn a person’s story to best serve them. When Monica is not working she enjoys a good book in her favorite spot on the lake looking out onto the beautiful mountains that surround her, sometimes accompanied by her husband of 29 years and the laughter and opportunities of growth that comes from having a full house.
